I completed my undergraduate degree in BA Sports Development at UJ (2014) after which I did my postgraduate honours degree at Wits, BHSc(Hons) Biokinetics (2015). I then completed my internship at Barclays PTA (now ABSA) (2016).
I am now a Registered biokineticist with a passion for helping people who suffer from an injury or chronic condition. My area of interest is orthopaedic and chronic rehabilitation. I enjoy working with young and elderly people.
I love playing a wide variety of sport, including cricket, action cricket, squash, tennis and padel. My love for sport is what drove me towards the field of biokinetics.
I always strive to better myself in the field of biokinetics by constantly improving my knowledge so that I can provide the best possible treatment to produce the best result. If you going to do something, you got to do it right.
Your first session will be a full evaluation based on the reason/s for seeing me. The sessions after that will most likely be exercise sessions based on the findings of the initial evaluation.
Loose, comfortable sporting clothing is advised.
